Accommodation

The accommodation for the event will be in Holland Hall. Check-ins for accommodation will not be available until 3pm on the 30th March, so delegates should come straight to Peter Chalk Centre in the morning. People will be available during breaks in the afternoon to show you to your accommodation. There will be a room available to store your luggage until then, although please keep any valuables with you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer accommodation on campus prior to the 30th March, however the university maintains a list of bed and breakfasts local to the campus should you wish to arrive earlier.

The 24hr delegate rate includes accommodation on the 30th and 31st March. Those requiring an extra night on the 1st April should have already requested this during the original booking process.

Parking

Parking for visitors on campus is limited and we strongly recommend that you consider alternative methods of transport where possible. For 24 hr delegates only there will be some parking available at Holland Hall on a first come first serve basis. If you are able to find a space here before the meeting begins on the 30th you must obtain a free parking permit from Holland Hall reception. Parking for all other visitors is limited to Car Park C and 15 marked bays in Car Park A. This is pay and display (£6 over 4 hours). Parking on campus is free between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00. Please read the university parking guidelines for more information and maps (Holland Hall 62, Peter Chalk Centre 17).
